The Company

Clare Valley's iconic pub, this venue, is living up to its name as the friendliest pub in the region. The well-stocked cellar has become a feature for diners and offers an outstanding range of local wines to enjoy at the Hotel or as a takeaway. This Hotel is a versatile venue with many different areas for everyone to enjoy.

The Role

The Venue Manager will collaborate with the Owner to oversee the venue's comprehensive operations, encompassing pub-related food, beverage, functions, and entertainment activities and promotions. The primary emphasis of this role will be on cultivating a positive atmosphere and proactively managing daily venue operations through a hands-on approach and a dynamic attitude towards business growth and personal development.

Skills & Attributes

  • Great Knowledge of function coordination
  • Previous Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Staff management experience
  • RSA, RSG & RP Badge
