Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Oversee reception and visitor management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment
  • Booking of meetings and diary management
  • Ordering office snacks, equipment, stationary and liasing with suppliers
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Manage office communications (internal and external)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • EA experience is a bonus
