We are looking to add another passionate, service-focused Senior Bartender or Waitstaff to our Ciao Dandy team.

Ciao Dandy is situated at the Karrinyup Shopping Centre West Deck and brought to you by Parker Group. Grow and learn under hospitality professionals, with the support of our head office team.

The venue operates five days a week (Wednesday to Sunday) and features a modern take on coastal Italian cuisine.

About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Bartender or Waitstaff to deliver exceptional products and service alongside our venue leaders and wider team. We pride ourselves on high level of guest service, consistency with food and drinks, great banter with our patrons, and a healthy team culture.

Set service standards alongside our Venue Manager, and drive our venue's vision. You'll be training and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards, and assisting with beverage stock control.

This is a full-time role ideal for a Bartender or Waitstaff with at least 2 years bar experience and floor experience ready to step up to a senior role. This position is full-time, working from Wednesday to Sunday. Free parking onsite.

What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of 2 years of bar and floor experience, with previous restaurant/bar team-leader experience a must
• A strong passion for hospitality and customer service, along with a solid grasp of current trends in food, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Positive can-do attitude and approach to all situations.
• WA RSA certificate, Food Safety Certificate and Australian working rights.
