We're seeking a skilled and confident Maintenance Fitter to ensure optimal maintenance practices and contribute to the smooth operation of the site. This ongoing casual position requires availability for rotating day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance to minimise equipment downtime and support uninterrupted production.
• Adhere to planned maintenance schedules and cleaning routines.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment faults efficiently.
• Manage maintenance notifications in SAP.
• Occasionally assist with production machine operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for the site.
• Work on a rotating roster day & night shifts | 12 hour shifts

About You:

• Relevant trade qualifications as a Fitter, with proven experience in the Food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Familiarity with high-speed/packaging machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
• Must be available to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night).
