BP Marulan is seeking an experienced Cook or Chef for our Service Station & Restaurant.

This position will includes several overnight shifts, plus other shifts across the roster as required.

Your responsibilities as a Short Order Cook will include but not be limited to:

• Following company set procedures including recipe cards & display planograms
• Prepping & cooking food with haste
• General kitchen cleaning, hygiene, and dishwashing
• Maintaining hot and cold food display presentation
• Portion control to company standards
• Coffee making (training provided)
• Hands on customer service when required
• Operating a POS system and cash handling when required
• Compliance with all OHS requirements

• Be available and willing to work most school holidays and public holidays
