About the Role: Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Registered Surveyor to join the team :

The Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the cadastral aspect of our civil construction projects
• Supporting the growth and development of our cadastral division
• Preparing and lodging Deposited Plans, Strata Plans, Easement Plans, and other relevant documents
• Interpreting and applying applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance
• Collaborating with clients, local councils, and other stakeholders to resolve surveying-related issues
• Offering technical advice and support to project teams
• Mentoring and providing training to junior members of the surveying team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Surveyor in NSW
• Tertiary qualification in Surveying & Spatial Sciences
• Experience with AutoCAD and Landmark (XML) software is preferred
• Familiarity with Leica Total Station and 12d is advantageous; however, full support and mentoring will be provided by senior surveyors
• “C” class driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong management and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to make decisions quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work both collaboratively with a team and independently
