Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of speech pathologists, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions for clients.
  • Manage team performance, productivity, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and maintain accurate documentation.

About You:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Speech Pathology & current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience: Leadership or mentoring experience in the speech pathology field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Passion: A commitment to client care and professional growth.
