They are now seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their team, ensuring accurate material estimates for their architecturally designed homes and specialist disability accommodation.

As a Production Estimator, you will play a key role in the construction process, ensuring project estimates are completed with precision and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing project documentation and specifications thoroughly.
• Preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals within set deadlines.
• Managing material take-offs, supplier pricing, and purchase orders.
• Handling variations and ensuring timely ordering of materials.
• Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimise project efficiency.

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator with:

• Proven experience using estimating software (e.g., Databuild, BuilderTrend, or similar).
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, including NDIS/SDA projects.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
