• Develop website layouts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to improve usability and customer engagement.
• Create high-fidelity designs for web pages, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms that align with brand identity.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility, optimising websites for desktop and mobile use.
• Improve website navigation and structure for an intuitive user experience, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to implement website features, graphics, and multimedia elements.
• Integrate SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles to enhance website ranking and visibility in search engines.
• Test and refine website designs, using user feedback and analytics to improve site performance and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards, optimising for readability and usability across different audiences.
• Create digital assets, banners, and graphics for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify web design needs, ensuring websites align with business objectives and industry trends.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio highlighting both creative design skills and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a deep understanding of design principles and the ability to craft visually compelling layouts.
• Strong front-end development skills, including expertise in HTML and CSS, with a keen eye for detail in coding and design execution.
• Strong UI/UX design skills, including experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and web performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Google GCP, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure).
• Practical experience with social media platforms, e-commerce systems, and mobile web technologies, enabling the creation of responsive and user-friendly websites and applications.
