Car Detailing Supervisor

Carlin & Gazzard is a well-established, family-owned vehicle dealership that has been serving Mount Gambier, South Australia, for 68 years. They are a multi-franchise dealership with a vast selection of pre-owned vehicles and 8 new car franchises.

C&G are looking for a highly motivated hands on Car Detailing Supervisor. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and leadership skills to oversee and coordinate workflow within the new car department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily schedules with the detailing and sales team
• Supervise team members whilst also working independently when needed
• Ensure high-quality detailing of vehicles
• Apply aftermarket car care
• Move vehicles safely around the site
• Assist with vehicle pickups and deliveries as required
• Perform general yard duties and ad hoc tasks throughout the dealership
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow WHS procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Lead a dedicated team to ensure top-quality vehicle detailing, enhancing customer satisfaction and presentation excellence.

• Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise a team
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current Australian driver’s licence
