What You’ll Do
- Empathetic Customer Interactions: Manage Major Loss claims with a focus on providing a compassionate, expert experience to our customers. You’ll be the go-to person, connecting with clients in difficult situations and helping them through the process.
- Smooth, Efficient Claims Management: Handle checks, assessments, and all necessary steps to finalize a claim in a timely manner, ensuring we meet daily settlement targets.
- Contribute To Our Motor Strategy: Play a key role in helping us deliver on our mission of being #100% Motorvated—getting our customers back on the road fast!
- First-Call Resolution: Be proactive in resolving inquiries and providing solutions during customer calls, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
What You’ll Bring
- Customer Service Experience: Proven background in a high-touch, phone-based customer service role.
- Empathy & Resilience: The ability to handle sensitive situations with care and maintain composure under pressure.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A keen ability to resolve issues effectively and quickly.
- Adaptability: A willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hours & Training
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and will be rostered to start your shift anytime within the following windows, depending on your location:
- QLD: 7:00am - 10:00am
- VIC/NSW: 8:00am - 11:00am
To set you up for success, you’ll undergo 3-5 weeks of full-time, onsite, training, Monday to Friday, at your relevant office.
Working from Home
After training, you’ll have the option to work from home as part of our hybrid work model, subject to leader discretion. To be eligible for this, you must have:
- A home phone line or VOIP connection
- A reliable internet connection
- Dual monitors, a mouse, and a webcam
- An ergonomic workstation with a desk and chair in a quiet space
- Up-to-date anti-virus software
