The Role

The successful applicant will be undertaking day to day heavy paint repairs to ensure vehicles are well presented, safe and roadworthy.

Key Duties include:

• Day shift: 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, possible overtime on Saturdays
• Prepare, maintain and operate Fleet within safety compliances.
• Repairing vehicles within a structured process.
• Assessing task on hand and planning job method.
• Carry out major and minor paint repairs using appropriate tools and machinery where necessary.
• Conduct minor fiberglass and body repairs when required.
• Record and report work appropriately.
• Prepare vehicles to the highest of standards to Ventura’s brand and customer expectations.

What are we looking for:

Along with a great attitude and work ethic, the right applicant for the role will possess:

• Cert III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (Spray Painter)
• Experience in repairing heavy vehicles
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Current Drivers Licence (MR or higher licence desirable)
• Be a team player
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
