About your new role
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in managing treasury operations and supporting financial planning processes. This role will see you working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective capital management, compliance with treasury controls, and accurate financial reporting.
Some of the key tasks associated with this role include:
- Preparing and managing cashflow models to monitor funding requirements and support capital management planning.
- Overseeing debt facilities, ensuring compliance with banking covenants and internal policies.
- Managing banking relationships and external reporting, acting as the key liaison for banking partners.
- Supporting banking operations by handling transactional processes, payment channels, and access controls.
- Ensuring compliance with treasury policies, coordinating audit processes, and identifying process improvements.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
About you
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to financial management. You will be confident in managing multiple priorities and engaging with key stakeholders across the business.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Working towards a CPA/CA/CFA qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations or an audit background
- Strong cashflow modelling and financial reporting skills.
- A keen eye for process improvement and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
