Our state-of-the-art fertility clinic is committed to providing the best care possible, and we are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and experienced IVF Nurse Unit Manager to join our rapidly expanding Sydney team.
About the Role:
As the Nurse Unit Manager at Number 1 Fertility, you will be a vital leader in ensuring safe practices and effective resource management. You will provide strong leadership and support to the nursing team, guiding them toward achieving both unit and organizational objectives. Your role in strategic planning will be crucial in shaping the future of our expanding clinic. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of a safe and ethical practice environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, while building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your dedication to personal accountability, continuous improvement, clinical care, and people management will be essential. Your leadership, expertise, and commitment are key to advancing the excellence of our services.
About You:
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Division 1 Nurse or Midwife.
- 5+ years of IVF nursing experience.
- Min 2 years management and leadership experience
- Follicle scanning certification with minimum 1 year experience
- Strong dedication to Clinical Governance.
- Compassionate and understanding leader.
- Excellent ability to connect with others and passion for providing exceptional treatment experiences.
- High enthusiasm and motivation to excel both autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and organisational acumen.
- Wealth of experience in fertility nursing.
- Proficiency in navigating digital systems and adapting to diverse technologies.
- Meticulous attention to detail, active involvement in quality assurance, and commitment to adhering to protocols and legislations.
- Maintain composure and patient focus while troubleshooting and solving issues
- You must be eligible to work in Australia
