The Role: Senior IT Support Engineer

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring our client's systems run seamlessly while safeguarding their digital environments. This full-time, onsite role is designed for a skilled professional ready to take charge and make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding IT support and troubleshooting at our office and directly at client's locations across a range of industries.
• Work on innovative projects, optimizing IT infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Collaborate with clients onsite to design and implement tailored technology solutions.
• Be the trusted advisor for clients, solving complex technical challenges with ease.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our clients’ systems secure, efficient, and future-ready.

About You

We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver with:

• Proven MSP experience and a passion for client-focused solutions.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• A strong track record in troubleshooting diverse hardware and software challenges.
• Certifications like Microsoft, 3CX, or AWS (a big plus!).
• Stellar communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with clients and team members.

• Driver’s License: Be ready to visit client sites when needed using the provided work car.
• Proximity to Tullamarine: Live within a reasonable commute to ensure timely support.
• Police Check: For client and workplace security.
