About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

• Work closely with Head Chef and the Sous Chef to drive the daily operations of the restaurant.

• Contribute to creating a truly unique and premium dining experience for every guest.

• Stay calm and composed under pressure while delivering exceptional food during service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking skilled chefs with a can-do attitude and a passion for their craft. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A trade qualification or Commercial Cookery Certificate.

• At least 2 years’ experience in an à la carte restaurant.

• A desire to learn and grow within a world-class hospitality company.

• A self-motivated, driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
