Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and engineering of timber trusses and frames, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. The role will require strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for prefabricated timber trusses and frames.
• Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to create accurate and precise designs.
• Utilize Pryda build software for structural design and analysis.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical and client specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports for manufacturing and construction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in all designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, site conditions, and ensure designs are implementable.
• Assist in project estimation, planning, and the preparation of design proposals.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase and assist with troubleshooting.
• Offer quotes and technical advice to clients as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and technical support.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and engineering design tools.
• Knowledge of Pryda build software is preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes, structural standards, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Site experience is required to assess project requirements and ensure design feasibility on-site.
