Innova Motel in Warrnambool offers a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in a casual role. This is an excellent opportunity for parents of school-aged children looking for flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, ensuring they are tidy, well-stocked, and inviting for incoming guests.
2. Clean common areas, including reception, conference room, and bathrooms, ensuring a pristine environment.
3. Replace linens, towels, and other guest amenities as required.
4. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
5. Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used safely and efficiently.
6. Assist in laundry tasks as needed.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests for extra items or assistance.

Key Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within the required timeframe.
5. A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
6. Availability to work a flexible schedule (5-day roster, 10am to 3pm).
7. Ability to lift and move light to medium cleaning equipment and supplies.
