- Remuneration of $125,693 - $138,510 plus super and leave loading

About the role
The Senior Digital Video Producer will be responsible for overseeing and advising on the production, ideation and delivery (producing, shooting and editing) of engaging, high quality video assets for the Secretary's Office and the department's external and internal audiences.
The Senior Digital Video Producer will possess a highly advanced knowledge of video production to work with internal and external stakeholders to develop high quality video communications that will be distributed through the department's website, social media, and other channels.
About you
You are a highly experienced digital video producer who will:
- Foster collaboration and work with various internal and external stakeholders on projects from initiation stages to delivery
- Oversee projects and be a trusted technical partner for high stakes livestream videos
- Develop creative videos suited to specific channels and audiences
- Shoot and edit high-quality video content that tells a story in a highly engaging way
- Have highly advanced experience in camera operation, DSLR and digital video cameras, studio equipment and live streaming equipment.
- Have a proven track record of working with children and demonstrate expertise in studio lighting, audio production, and live-streaming techniques
- Enjoy occasional overnight, interstate travels.

Essential requirements, experience and knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in a video production role at a broadcaster, creative agency or similar.
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
