Evolution is seeking a passionate, warm beauty therapist to commence immediately.

Evolution has been established for 8 years and has a glowing reputation amongst its friendly clients in Altona and surrounds. We offer a wide range of skin treatments and a very select few grooming treatments, for this role the candidate will be hired to perform all tasks. Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified Beauty Therapist (Diploma preferably with 3+ years In Salon experience), with experience across a range of treatments, including face waxing & threading, Brow shaping, lash & brow lifting, tinting, advanced facials including peels, ipl,laser, cosmelan and needing. We offer electrolysis so experienced is highly regarded.

Hair removal with IPL /laser is an advantage, otherwise training will be provided.

Someone who is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about their clients while providing individualised recommendations on skincare or skin journey packages.

We seek an all rounder beauty therapist passion in skin and a keen eye for eyebrows and electrolysis is essential.

Selling just to hit targets is not our jam! We solve solutions and educate rather than sell.
You work well as part of a team, or on your own.
A relaxed, flexible approach to retailing and recommending skin care and treatments with a focus on quality service.

what you need to be successful:

-Master at eyebrow shaping & tinting. we offer threading and waxing

-Eyelash lifting. experience in eyebrow lamination is advantages.

-Experience In electrolysis or an eagle eye and steady hands to be trained in this asap

-Knowledge in basic skincare and skin treatments to be able to offer a solution in house to that client with our skin therapists.
