MAYDAY is partnering with a leader in insurance to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisors.
Successful candidates will play a key role in offering support to individuals navigating losses amid catastrophic events like fires, flooding, or property damage.
The role is fast paced, involving frequent phone interactions with customers in their time of need, addressing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Our client is offering either a 9-month fixed-term contract depending on your working rights, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
No prior insurance or claims experience is necessary; instead, we're actively seeking individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic and are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.

Duties:
- Handle a large volume of customer phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee property claims from initiation to resolution.
- Work closely with builders in the claims process.
- Manage a portfolio of claims, with the workload determined by volume.
- Make confident and informed decisions regarding claims.
- Draft and issue denial letters when necessary.
- Resolve conflicts that may arise during the claims process.
- Make determinations on the outcome of each claim.
- Handle claims involving significant losses such as homes, fires, flooding, and lost property with sensitivity and empathy.
