We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant whilst on shift, ensuring standards are implemented, compliance is adhered to, customers are welcomed and staff are delivering service that exceeds guest expectations.

The Role:

• Leading and managing a team
• Opening and closing of the restaurant
• Developing & implementing superior service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
• Training, development, and coaching of food & beverage staff
• Cost control with a focus on labour
• Implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
• Ensure the business is compliant with health regulations and that WHS is a focus for you and the team

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in a pub environment
• Strong leadership skills with a positive & professional attitude
• An ability to think outside the square
• Passionate about delivering excellence in service
• Exceptional people skills
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Hands on approach with a natural ability to lead a team
