About the role
As the Senior Organisational Development Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a high-performance, values-based culture at the DTP. You will assist with the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a range of enterprise wide OD Strategies with a focus on employee experience and culture. Through a collaborative and consultative approach you will also partner with key stakeholders across the business to design and deliver bespoke OD initiatives that meet our organisational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective Organisational Development solutions with a focus on culture.
- Managing and delivering projects and programs, including contract management.
- Drawing insights from employee experience data and translating it to exciting culture-focused initiatives
- Facilitating sessions, workshops, and forums tailored to various audiences.
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders to provide tailored advice and support.
