We are currently looking for MULTIPLE Part Time Forklift Drivers & Freight Handlers for an immediate start for a world class distribution centre located in Tullamarine.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Counterbalance Forklift Drivers:

• Afternoon shift starting @ 4:30pm (MUST be available for early starts where required, up to 6 hour shifts as a minimum Monday to Friday). Must have transport yard experience and knowledge of loading mezzanine floors, linehaul / interstate trucks, staging freight, removing gates / curtains, load restraints and cubing. Shifts averaging 15 - 30 hours per week.
• Pay rate: $37.78 p/h + O/T rates from 8pm onwards.

Freight Handlers:

• Afternoon shift starting @ 4:30pm (MUST be available for early starts where required, up to 6 hour shifts as a minimum Monday to Friday). Using automated conveyor belts to load / unload trailers and vans with various items of freight. Must be physically fit and available for an immediate start. Shifts averaging 15 - 30 hours per week.
• Pay rate: $37.03 p/h + O/T rates from 8pm onwards.

Successful applicants will be required to:

• Pass a Medical Assessment, Drug and Alcohol Test and Police Check
• Have minimum 12 months of forklift experience in a transport yard or similar
• Be available Monday to Friday from 4:30pm with flexibility for an earlier start
• Be confident in operating a forklift in a high paced environment
• Possess a valid Forklift and Drivers Licence
