About the Role and Experience:

Are you an experienced Fabrication Team Leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Sheetmetal Worker or Boilermaker to lead a team of 10-15 staff on the day shift, coordinating work across 2nd and 3rd shifts. If you thrive in a safety-focused, quality-driven environment and have a passion for efficiency and leadership, we want to hear from you!

Lead and manage a fabrication team, ensuring quality and efficiency

Work in a Stainless Steel (SS) fabrication environment (5+ years' experience required)

Pressing/Forming and Rolling experience essential

Mechanical Fitting/Assembly of equipment experience highly regarded

Manage job timelines and team productivity to meet quoted hours

Use Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel) to manage emails and communication

Mentor and train apprentices

SAP experience highly regarded
