Cleaners required for private homes in the Riverland area.

House Cleaners urgently required to join our team Cleaning mainly for the Elderly and Disability clients on the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and similar care packages.

Mobile based with a weekly list of regular Clients and Tasks to be carried out at each property. (not full house cleans). Regular clients allow a good working relationship to build so, the ability to communicate with the elderly generation and the infirm should be one of your personal attributes. A Company Vehicle is supplied for work and private use, which is fully stocked with all the Equipment and Cleaning Products required to perform your duties.(You do not buy any products or use your own personal equipment) Your Uniform, a Mobile Phone and all PPE is also provided as well as Training and ongoing Support. Some experience in the cleaning industry would be a big advantage but all candidates must undergo a paid, one week, on the job, initial suitability trial, teamed with one of our staff. This is to ensure you personally can cope with some situations that can be challenging to clean and you may not expect, and some Clients have Mental issues that can be challenging for communication if you are not used to someone whom has difficulties.

Once Trained and working on your own, All Tasks are very time critical and include any combination of the following but, each Client has Priority tasks to complete first, followed by other jobs within their allotted time only.

• General Kitchen clean, sterilize and wipe down.
• Bathroom and Toilet Clean and sterilize.
• Vacuum and dust bedroom/s, Lounge, Dinning.
• Vacuum all Hard and Soft Floorings.
• Dusting all other surfaces.
• Cobweb removal.
• Window cleaning (when required and Ground floors only)
• Cleaning out of Window sills, Tracks and Runners.
• Ceiling Fans and Vents dusted/wiped if required.
• Sweeping or Blowing down of some area's like Veranda's.
• Interacting with Clients whilst still carrying out your duties.

The position is flexible around School hours. Working Monday to Friday between 9am to 3pm (depending on clients allotted time spots) and an average of 3 to 4 Clients per day. No Weekend work or Public Holidays and no Shift work.

15 hours a week Minimum, and up to 25hours Maximum. Award rates apply. We have many other incentives to offer after 6 months min completed, including your own personal vehicle Serviced and Repaired through our own fully equipped workshop at less than half the cost of any other workshop with repayment options to suit you. Free use of a variety of Trailers and free loan of all kinds of Tools and Equipment.

You MUST have a Full clean Drivers License. Be an Australian Resident, and live within the Riverland SA. (excluding Waikerie as we do not service that area)

A minimum of two Covid shots with proof is Mandatory, and you MUST have a recent National Police Clearance Check.

The Job is NOT suitable for anyone that has a Physical Disability (or Bad Back, sore shoulders, Tennis Elbow, Carpel Tunnel etc.) as the work involves a lot of Bending and Stretching.
