About the role

As a Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Technician at Fresh Aire Carpet Cleaning, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients in the Perth area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and techniques to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly inspect carpets and upholstery to identify the best cleaning methods and products to use
• Operate truck-mounted and portable carpet cleaning equipment with care and precision
• Apply specialist cleaning solutions and use advanced extraction techniques to remove deep-seated dirt, stains and odours
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and answering any questions they may have
• Learn restoration techniques of stain removal and colour correction
• Cleaning of high-end fabrics and leather
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with other cleaning and restoration tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a professional carpet cleaning or restoration role is not necessary, as full, formal training and ongoing training supplied by Fresh Aire Carpet Cleaning will be a pre-requisite of the job.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform the physical aspects of the job
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• A valid MANUAL driver's licence and the ability to operate a commercial vehicle
• Ability to work independently out in the field
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
• NPC (National Police Clearance) a must
