A brand-new steakhouse restaurant situated in Whitemans' Arcade, Camden, is looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless operations. About the Role:

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including staff leadership, customer experience, and financial performance. You will oversee daily operations, supplier relationships, rostering, and event coordination, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly while delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium dining experience
• Oversee rosters, recruitment, and staff training
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for seamless operations
• Manage events and functions with precision and efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control
• Maintain high standards in service, presentation, and compliance
• Must have Food Supervisors Certificate
• RSA or Liquor License Accreditation
