Unite Resourcing is seeking an experienced FIFO Site Administrator with strong administrative skills and leadership experience for a hands-on role at a small remote site in the Pilbara Region.

The role will also require previous experience in the following:

• Experience as a FIFO Site Administrator (minimum 12 months)
• Experience using INX or SAM
• Village Management Experience (advantageous)
• Occupational Health & Safety (advantageous)
• Strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Flexibility to perform Utility duties

To be successful in the role, you should be able to undergo and pass the following:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
• Ability to complete our internal registration & induction

Tickets & Licenses:

• Western Australian Manual Drivers Licence
• Full Australian Working Rights
• National Police Clearance (obtained within 6 months)
• First Aid (advantageous)

Successful candidates will receive:

• Competitive hourly flat rate $40.00 PER/HR + Superannuation + Public Holiday Rates
• Flights from Perth, meals & accommodation paid for whilst on-site
