About the role

Ivy Hair & Beauty South Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our talented team in South Perth, WA. This full-time role is crucial in helping us deliver exceptional hair styling and colouring services to our loyal clientele. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing treatments, mentoring junior stylists, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our salon.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a wide range of hair styling and colouring services to clients
• Offering expert advice and guidance to clients on the latest hair trends and treatments
• Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills and knowledge
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work station
• Contributing to the development of new hair styling techniques and services
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the salon

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Hairdresser
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling and treatments
• An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• A creative flair and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills to support the development of junior stylists
• A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team
