Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Oversight: Provide strategic direction and leadership across all ERP customer projects.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure successful end-to-end ERP implementations, leveraging your deep understanding of ERP nuances and best practices.
• Framework Development: Establish and refine repeatable frameworks, methodologies, and tools for ERP delivery.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with ERP vendors and specialist partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of ERP consultants and contracted specialists, ensuring high performance and capability growth.
• Commercial Growth: Drive growth, profitability, profitability and utilisation of the ERP practice, identifying new opportunities and improving service offerings.

About You:

• Proven ERP Experience: End-to-end ERP project delivery experience, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Hands-On Delivery Background: Strong understanding of ERP systems, their complexities, and how to navigate implementation challenges – spanning core functions, integration, data migration and change management.
• Project Management Background: Strong, hands-on project management experience, having implemented ERP with the core customer being CFOs and executives.
• Leadership Aspirations: Ready to step into a leadership role, guiding both projects and people.
• Commercial Acumen: Interest in driving business outcomes, improving profitability, and shaping the growth of an ERP practice.
• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in working with vendors, partners, and internal teams to align on project success.
• Experience: ERP experience and the energy and drive to grow a business, attitude and willingness to get things done is just as important as experience – we back talent vs. experience.
