Pre-Construction Coordinator – Next Storey Design & Build

Full-Time Position

Next Storey, a design and build construction company specialising in first-floor additions and renovations on Sydney's North Shore, is seeking a full-time Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position will report to the Pre-Construction Manager and play a key role in supporting clients from contract deposit to site commencement, providing personalised customer service and administrative support throughout the pre-construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the pre-construction phase.
• Maintain accurate client files and related documentation.
• Oversee workflow management and reporting to ensure timely project progression.
• Liaise with internal departments and teams to secure required approvals.
• Coordinate engineering details, including water board, hydraulic, acoustic, and bushfire requirements.
• Prepare and submit documentation, and communicate with relevant Developers, Councils, and PCA.
• Manage all necessary documentation from clients, suppliers, contractors, lenders, and brokers as required.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in organising permits for the residential construction process.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• A team-oriented mindset, working collaboratively within a high-performing, results-driven team.
