Randstad Hobart is seeking experienced Plant operators and Truck drivers to join our team

This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team working within the civil construction industry across multiple sites in Southern Tasmania!

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Front-End Loader operators
• Excavator operators
• HC, HR, or MR Licence
• Water cart experience
• White Card (Work Safely in the Construction Industry)
• Strong work ethic
• Commitment to site safety responsibilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving and operator history

What You Need to Succeed in Non-Trade Roles:

• Relevant tickets and qualifications
• White Card
• Proven experience in commercial/civil construction
• Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety protocols
