About the Role:

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm
• pay rate of $33.20/hr
• Clean and maintain public amenities (toilets, BBQ areas, park facilities) to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Conduct visual inspections of amenities and report maintenance issues
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and ensure correct usage
• Operate small plant equipment as required
• Use technology for communication, data collection, and record-keeping

To Be Successful:

• Experience in amenities cleaning and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and complete inspection documentation
• Valid QLD "C" Class Driver's License (essential)
• MR License (desirable)
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and manage repetitive tasks effectively
