About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking a skilled Formwork Stripper to join our team on a casual basis in our Canning Vale, WA location. As a Formwork Stripper, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of formwork from concrete structures, ensuring construction projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully dismantle and remove formwork from concrete structures following construction schedules and safety protocols
• Inspect formwork components and identify any damage or defects
• Clean, maintain and store formwork materials in preparation for reuse
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate formwork stripping activities
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site
• Report any issues or concerns to site supervisors in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Formwork Stripper or similar construction role
• Knowledge of formwork installation and stripping techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
• Construction industry certifications or qualifications highly regarded
