Aged Care Clinical Manager - South West Sydney

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to join a fully accredited, well-established aged care facility, where you will oversee a large operation and work alongside a highly skilled clinical support team.

Overview

  • Large Facility
  • $135 -$140k + super
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Successfully passed accreditation recently
  • Reports to an experienced Facility Manager, who also has a clinical background
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of Clinical Care Coordinators

Requirements

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
  • 3+ years in aged care leadership and operational management (Facility Manager, General Manager, or Care Manager)
  • Extensive experience as RN
  • 3+ years as Care Manager or Facility Manager in Aged Care
  • Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Flu and COVID vaccination
