Are you an experienced leader in the disability sector, passionate about empowering clients and supporting a team? If you're looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals, and have a background in providing high-quality care, we want to hear from you!
We are actively seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our team in the Sydney region. If you have experience in leading teams, providing client care, and working within an Active Support model, this could be the perfect role for you.
About Us:
At Forsight Australia, we believe in creating positive futures through our commitment to innovation, diversity, and continuous learning. As a leading organisation in our field, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that values individual contributions, embraces diversity, and promotes professional growth.
As a ‘for-purpose’ organisation providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) to individuals with a range of sensory impairments and additional disabilities, our focus is to create opportunities for our clients to enhance their independence, inclusion, and well-being.
Forsight was established in 1978 by a group of parents and teachers wanting to ensure their children had a pathway to independent living as young adults and beyond. Their mission has expanded to include people with a range of sensory impairments and disabilities, supporting a growing number of clients in homes. The love and dedication of those original parents and teachers remains at the heart of all we do.
With 16 shared accommodation homes across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra and growing, our mission is to provide high-quality care and improve the quality of life for our clients.
