Your role as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP)
As an FDRP, you'll deliver holistic, supportive, and client-centred services to individuals and families experiencing separation, crisis, or conflict. Your role will include providing mediation and conflict resolution services on behalf of Centacare. You'll support separated partners to manage parenting arrangements with a child-focused approach while monitoring, case managing, and guiding client contact, information, and progress.

What you'll bring
- Registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney-General’s
Department, or mediation training and qualifications to fulfill criteria for registration as an
FDRP. - Demonstrated experience of delivering FDR services to clients from a range of backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience of work with clients experiencing domestic and family violence, child-
inclusive practice, child protection issues, alcohol and drug issues, grief and loss,
multicultural, CALD and Aboriginal cultural issues. - Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, observe confidentiality, use discretion and initiative with clients and fellow staff members.
