About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with expertise in UI Path, TypeScript, and Python to join a leading technology team. This role will focus on test automation, continuous integration, and improving software quality within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for web and backend systems.
• Develop automation scripts using UI Path, TypeScript, and Python to optimise testing workflows.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure robust test coverage.
• Perform API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end automation.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in financial services.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.

Key Skills & Experience

• Automation Expertise – Strong hands-on experience in test automation using UI Path, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Programming Skills – Proficiency in TypeScript and Python for automation scripting.
• CI/CD & DevOps – Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for test automation pipelines.
• API & Backend Testing – Experience in API automation using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Financial Services Experience (Preferred) – Understanding of compliance, risk, and security testing in banking & financial services.
• Agile & Scrum – Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
