Your Role

As the Senior Physiotherapist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ProMelius while delivering outstanding care. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Team Leadership

• Inspire, motivate, and mentor a talented team of 8-9 professionals.
• Create a positive, collaborative workplace culture that thrives on support and growth.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships, effectively managing diverse personalities.

2. Business Growth and Innovation

• Collaborate with other local healthcare providers to drive client growth.
• Transition our practice from a private-only model to a community-integrated approach, introducing programs like group therapy and falls prevention.

3. Clinical Excellence

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to a diverse caseload, including MSK, DVA, and NDIS clients.
• Set the gold standard for care across all age groups and conditions.

• Experienced Professional: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in leadership or mentoring.
