About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Site Boilermakers to join our team in the Hunter Valley area, working closely with our site SMP teams.

You’ll be employed on a full-time basis working a 5-2 roster earning a competitive and above award with opportunities for ongoing overtime

Full time Employment

NSW Residents

10 Hour working days – 8 hours at ordinary time and 2 hours at time & a half.

$46.6829 - plus penalties.

Site Allowance - $2.00 per hour on site.

RDO accrual

17.5% Annual Leave loading

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication and welding processes, as required within individual skill and knowledge scope.
• Grinding, cutting (friction & gas cutting), and welding
• Perform assigned duties in a timely and safe manner

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be able to pass an Order 43 medical and drug and alcohol test
• Prior experience on mine sites and site-based works
• Ability to comfortably read and understand workshop drawings and construction specifications
• High Fabrication and welding skill level
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to evaluate and implement appropriate work methods
• Must have Certificate of Proficiency
