This is a site-based Safety Officer role, where they are searching for someone with a high level of understanding in all areas of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ). You will ensure site maintenance follows company procedures and safety management system requirements, as directed by their line manager.

Duties

• Maintain clear and concise communication with all project team members and subcontractors.
• Ensure all site personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements for safety management.
• Ensure all site personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements for environmental management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar role in Commercial Construction
• Strong understanding of WHS regulations and legislations
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
