The Role

We’re searching for a passionate Dermal Therapist who is driven by delivering long-lasting, transformative results. If you're tired of quick fixes and want to focus on holistic, personalized care that truly makes a difference, then this is your role. You'll work alongside a skilled, supportive team—including other Dermal Therapists, a Nutritionist, and a Doctor—creating tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their skin goals.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to treat a wide range of skin concerns, from pigmentation and sun damage to acne, wrinkles, and scarring. Plus, you’ll be guiding clients toward healthier, more radiant skin with expert treatments and personalised skincare routines—all while nurturing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to understand each client’s skin needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Perform advanced skin treatments, including peels, lasers, and skin needling.
• Advise clients on personalised skincare routines designed for their unique skin goals.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team to ensure the best possible results for every client.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep offering the most innovative treatments.

About You & Requirements

• Essential: Dermal Therapy Degree, Associate Dermal Therapy Degree, or Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science
• Essential: 2+ years of industry experience
• Essential: Proficiency in performing skin and laser treatments
• Availability for a minimum of 2-3 days per week, including Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional appearance and attitude
