About the role

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Packer / Forklift Operator to join our team at Our Town Fencing in Heatherbrae, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and loading products in our warehouse, as well as operating a forklift to move and organise inventory. This is an essential position that supports the overall operations of our manufacturing and distribution business.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully packing and preparing products for distribution according to store orders
• Operating a forklift to move and store inventory in the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Packing loads and loading trucks on a daily basis
• Unloading containers of stock
• Working outside in times or loading and unloading
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• This role is a mix of fork operation and physical packing.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Hold a current forklift licensee and have experience operating a forklift
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
