Join our Just Spas team at our newly renovated Super Store in Nerang, Gold Coast!

We are seeking a motivated Store Supervisor with strong sales skills who can close customer inquiries and convert them into sales. In this role, you will support the other sales person and successfully manage our flagship company-owned store on the Gold Coast.

Availability to work weekends and flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Conduct retail sales for Spas, Swim Spas, Urban Pools, Saunas, and related products, delivering exceptional customer service throughout both the sales and after-sales processes.
• Provide general customer advice and handle inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Manage and maintain store inventory and logistics, and assist in establishing our delivery and service/warranty capabilities.
• Assume the role of Store Supervisor, offering training, guidance, and support to the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding rosters, quotes, leads, and other operational processes.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in Spa or Pool sales (preferred).
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• A forklift license (preferred).
