The Role: What You’ll Be Doing:

• As a Service Technician/Leading Hand, you’ll be a key leader in our service division, working on marine refrigeration, commercial HVAC, and domestic service & installations.
• This is a hands-on and rewarding role for someone who loves the fast-paced nature of HVAC service work while enjoying a great work-life balance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of service clients, ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Diagnose, repair, and service commercial, marine, and domestic air conditioning & refrigeration systems.
• Work closely with our team, providing leadership and support to junior techs & apprentices.
• Commission and certify new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety & industry standards.
• Build strong client relationships, offering professional advice and solutions.
• Be a role model in upholding Treadies’ values of teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
