Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and motivated electrician with hands-on experience in all things electrical, including solar energy systems and battery storage solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems, energy storage units, and general electrical work. You will work on both off-grid and grid-tied projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- General electrical installations and maintenance for domestic and commercial customers.
- Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems and battery storage solutions.
- Perform electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs in off-grid and grid-tied systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to deliver high-quality installations.
- Test system performance and provide support for ongoing maintenance of solar and battery systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies in renewable energy.

Qualifications:
- Licensed electrician with experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
- Proven experience working with solar PV systems and battery storage solutions.
- Familiarity with off-grid systems and components, including Enphase and other inverter technologies.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for projects.
