Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience in mental health deemed appropriate by the employer.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of teaching and learning in the healthcare environment (adult learning principles).
- Demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of competency attainment and assessment.
- Computer literacy and understanding of hospital information systems.
- Evidence of working within a practice development framework, including experience in facilitating groups.
