We are seeking applications for a position within our sister company G&M Phoenix at our second laundry in Belmont .

G&M Phoenix is looking for a customer service manager to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 1 .30 pm including some Saturdays.

Duties include counter work ,taking in drycleaning , assembly of orders and serving pick ups.

Assembling commercial customer orders ready for delivery by one of your team .

Answering the telephone .

supervision and rostering of staff to ensure we meet customer service expectations.
You will be reporting to and communicating with a management team who operate offsite. Ability to problem solve small daily issues is important. Major customer service issues can be escalated to your manager.

Intimate knowledge of laundry and Drycleaning is not essential but an ability to work independently and control staff work hours to achieve cost effective customer satisfaction is paramount.

your staff management style will need to be confident . firm , fair and respectful.

You will be a hands on team leader.
