Operating from our modern workshop in Roma, we provide high-quality service and support to a diverse range of clients across the Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Earthmoving, Transport, and Mining industries.

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified individual to manage our workshop operations and meet the needs of our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for developing their skills and growing within a dynamic, industry-leading team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

This position is responsible for workshop requirements, over-the-counter sales, processing customer orders & providing additional product advice with a focus on customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for

• Hydraulic system component repair
• Manufacturing & testing of hose & fitting assemblies
• Assisting with Inventory needs
• Develop & support relationships between ENZED & customers
• Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant acts and regulations and with professional ethical standards
• Implement all applicable Quality Assurance procedures and participate in relevant quality-related functions.
• Already reside in or have the desire to live in the Roma region. (Relocation support would be offered to the desirable candidate)

Skills and experience

• Mechanical based Cert III Trade Qualification
• Exposure to hose assembly in both Industrial & Hydraulic hose markets is desirable, however in-house training will be provided.
• Relevant trade qualifications with fluid power experience are desirable, Upskill to Cert III Fluid Power will be offered.
• Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
• A "can do" attitude
• Availability to work overtime.
• Be able to work in a team and work without supervision.
• Be able to handle negative situations calmly and soothingly.

Additionally, to be considered for this position holding a forklift license would be desirable.

An hourly rate commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
